tie into the water lines on the throttlebody, water in water out. I ran 3/8 fuel line or maybe it was 5/16 cant remember now ;)

1- what turbo?
2- why bother, too much work. use the factory bypass most people do this.

mine is 5/16's and I ran two steel lines(5/16 brake lines) about a foot from the turbo then conected the rubber hose to that.

Unless you just bought a brand new turbo, I wouldn't bother trying to run cooling lines. They're not required.

I did a setup where the lines were kind of hidden and it cost me $40 in hose alone. I ended up disconnecting them because I felt like my car was running a little warmer for some reason.

Re: Installing water lines..

id run it without the water lines, most race turbos arent water cooled anyway. It wont hurt it to be without it but it does help the turbo last a little longer long term. Ive never had a problem with my Garrett T3 60/63 without water lines. If you wanna run them then you need to get those brass threaded to barbed fittings at like home depot... Make sure the lines wont burn on the manifold or touch other parts of the turbo either, that could start a fire or somthing.

will some1 draw a damn picture! like i understand which coolant line off the throttle body to tie into but when u tee into it do both the return and inlet tee into the same place? im guessing it isnt as specific like oil is... idk im geting close..
