Installed walbro 255, only 20psi??
I just finished installing a walbro pump on my 91. I am running a 14b, 450's w/zdyne. After starting the car, the fuel pressure stays at 20psi. I've tried hitting the gas to notice a pressure change. I also tried removing the vaccum line to the pressure regulator but nothing I do seems to change the psi. I dont get it.... Did I do something wrong in the installation... Could the B&M regulator be the cause of this?? I am lost, please help.

oops, I have a ZC. I know stock should be 28 at idle. With my old pump, the pressure would increase when I would blip the throttle. Now there is nothing. Also with the vaccum line removed, fuel pressure should go up to 36, which it doesnt.

42 psi is stock with the vacume line off.. sounds like you screwed something up :-P, you have an aftermarket fpr? |
