injectors

Gonna be buying injectors in a few weeks and I have been lookin at precision injectos mainly because of the price compared to rc's. But I was just told that they are a different/older style then rc's and they would harder to get a smooth idle.
Opinions?

what size are you talking about

rickg 05-26-2009 05:53 PM

I'm debating buying 750s and have them set down low for current goal(200) then hve them able to reach nwxt years goal of 300 or so.
But if I buy precision's the smaller ones are almost half the price of rc 750s.
So any suggestions would help here.

those would work

percision is more reliable

just get dsm 450s for now then sell them when you are ready for a bigger one. the 450s loose their value so you will be able to sell them for just as much if not more then you bought them for

^ They do not depreciate in price really, find a parting out dsm or something along that nature, I could hook you up with a reliable person selling them, regardless, I use pte 1000cc's, I have only used pte's and will probably not stop. They are great for the price, and the quality, never gave me any problems, and you really cant just "turn down" injectors, just tune right and you will be fine, I vote for 750's so you dont have to upgrade later, and you can find them pretty cheap used, around 200 usually.

i dunno about hondas, but i know that rx7's have 450cc and up injectors that i've seen people swap into 7mge toyota engines and what not. and i'm gonna be putting the 460cc ones in my miata when i build it. and they are usually decently cheap. and reliable. look it up as it may be a cheap easy way for more flow.
