Injector seals
 
Which seal on my teg needs to be dremeld out. The lower plastic one, or the top softer one(also thicker)?

What injectors are you using? It will probably be the larger seal that goes into the intake runners.

Im using dsm 450's. There os lower one, thats like a plastic o ring, and upper one, which is a little thicker and softer(also has ridge inside)

Did it ever occur to you to actually see how your seals fit on the new injectors? :o

I can fit softer ones, but harder(bottom one) wont fit on dsm 450's

It's easier to bore it out... but I made it work :)

i just threw a little fingerful oil oil on the seals and pressed the bitches in, no problems till this day. just get em in and crank the fuel rail down.
