Are you sure its white smoke and not steam/condensation?

What does it smell like?

White smoke is bad!

Either burning water, or burning oil.

Burning water, very bad, maybe a bad headgasket or something worse.

Burning oil, maybe your turbo seals are bad and some oil is sipping thru and burning off. Not too bad, except you need to check your oil level everyonce in a while.

Check and see if you can see any water bubbles on your oil dipstick. If you do, ouch, water is the problem. If not most likely a new turbo will fix it.

hmmz i was messing with the oil line and oil was everywhere... the return line was leaking... the thing is would the turbo stop giving boost if this does happen?

Not really, unless the turbo itself, inside, would seize or just stop spinning form lack of oil, then yes I guess it could happen, but I think I read your other post and don't think this is your problem

Do a compression check while you're at it. You should know what burning oil smells like.. even an over-abundance of fuel will give off some gray smoke.
