*sigh*

first off, i suggest you do what everyone else was told to do when they asked that question upon arrival on hmt.

read that nice stickied topic at the top of the forum, it's called a FAQ for a reason, Frequently Asked Questions, and yes, your question qualifies as frequently asked since it's asked weekly.

What you gotta do is get one of those rrrreeeaallly big turbos of a diesal truck right. Then you gotta slap that bitch on there with some jbweld ok. Dont worry about pipe and ---- they just weigh you down. Now remember the turbo batteries go dead every few days or so so make sure you plug it up when not driving. Oh yeah and run like 20 psi. Welcome to the site!

Yes you have a lot of searching and reading to do. But to start you off boost level depends on your fuel management, FMU will get you about 5-6psi safely, AFC hack and injectors will allow around 10-12psi with an intercooler. As you'll learn in time from this site it all comes down to fuel management and a suitable turbo as course Well that will get you started, welcome aboard and good luck!

agreed. you dont want too large of a turbo, a t3 60/48 or similar should not boost instantly but early enough. also for fuel mgmt, thats the MOST IMPORTANT part of any turbo setup. Current what are you using to ruun the z6, a p28 or pm6 w/ vafc or rpm thingy. (yes, thingy is a technical term)
