how was that dumb anyway? it would explain the bogging

 

When i first installed my turbo on my car it smoked at idle and after about two weeks and adding oil, It just stopped... doesn't smoke at all now, and is boosting fine? good luck. been about 5 months now.

 

this turbo is dead for sure, wont push more than 1psi...no boost leaks, ive checked rigorously.

im headed out to tear it apart now, gonna get the new one in there. found the electrical problem too.
