I have an IHI turbo from a t-bird and I wanted to know if getting a manual boost controller will allow me to change the boost that it is set at, which is 8psi, to around 4 or 5, unitl I get my AFC and 450cc injectors, and intercooler?

you can only raise the boost with a boost controller, and you are going to need the afc and injectors before you boost at all
