IHI TCO4? what is it?

like it says above....anyone know what car it came on originally?(displacement)
Is it similar to the RHB5?

OK I found out it came off a colt. 1.6L DOHC 16v. Would this be a good match for my D16Y7? I can't for the life of me find a compressor map for the TCO4 so i don't know it's efficiency/ max PR. any help would help THANKS!
