IHI RHB5 Water Hookup...

Hey...

Could someone tell me where, and with what to hook up the coolant supply/exit to the IHI RHB5 in a D16Z6? I can't seem to find any pics/instructions on the project pages. Could someone point me in the right direction???

Thanks in advance,

Peter

look on the back of your intake manifold close to the firewall. Feel underneath and there are two hoses facing DOWN. The one on the drivers side is the one you use... and it connects to the back of the engine. Run FROM the manifold, to the turbo, FROM the turbo, and back to the engine where that hose used to go.

Anywhere dude, anyone of the little coolant/throttle body lines or off the IACV, it really doesnt matter, just cut one of the lines in half, run one end to the turbo, and the other end to the other side of the turbo. Thats IT! like a 10 min job and thats it. As long as coolant flows inline with the turbo you are fine. Sometimes what we do is completely bypass the throttle body coolant lines on pre 92 civic's and just use those lines all together, but on your car you have to keep the coolant flowing undernetith the throttle body for the secondary cold start Iacv,
