IHI RHB5 rotate housing?
I have a IHI RHB5 VJ11 and i am putting it on a D16Z6 and i was wondering if anybody has tried to rotate the intake housing 180 degrees so that the inlet faces down instead of up? Does anybody have any advice to give about doing this? Can i rotate the one side or does the center need rotated as well?

Re:IHI RHB5 rotate housing?
Very easy to rotate those. The compressor side has several small bolts (I think there are 6... two of them bolt the wastegate spring (actuator) to the compressor), just remove all of them and it will rotate any way you want it.

Re:IHI RHB5 rotate housing?
I took off the intake side to rotate it and i noticed there was a redish orange sealant around the edge. What kind of sealant is it and where do i get it? Or do i event need to worry about putting more sealant on?

Re:IHI RHB5 rotate housing?
I only remember a 'seal'.. I don't remember sealant.. I put mine back because that seal was in good shape. Just make sure it isn't broken or anything and you should be alright.
