When is the IHI RHB5 going to flatten out for boost wise? i've now heard 5000rpm but i've heard around 6500rpms quite a few times.

I imagine those numbers are pretty accurate. Being that small its definitely not gonna hold till redline.

 

well my 91 civic si redline says 6500rpm, ---- i'd shift at 6k for more safeness

 

its going to die at about 6000 rpm. Thats what it did on my d16z6.

 

what kind of car did you have it in? how fast was it, did you take it to the track? also will it die before 6k or a little after? let me know some detail man... also what cars have you beaten, i wanna see how fast mine will be. my mods will be as listed:

-mini-me a6/z6
-rhb5 turbo
-1g dsm bov
-ZC tranny w/LSD
-13LBS flywheel
-upgraded clutch (dont' know which one yet)
-V-AFC
-DSM 450cc injectors
-2 1/4in. exhaust
-DSM smic

all in a 1991 Civic Hatch Si

haha i've seen that post before, well no ---- it wont' flatten out.. haha. but i was looking for people who have this turbo and can tell me some stuff.
