Default Ignition Problem, blown seal?

Finished my turbo kit install two weeks ago and now i have an ignition problem. I have it chipped on a chrome basemap from a local tuner. It blew a dizzy after about three runs. I replaced the dizzy and it started right up only to die about five min. later. Then after about 10-20 mins it will start up again and die about five minutes later. I am positive it is getting fuel. It is a d16z6 with stock internals and 440 cc injectors. It currently has a t3 super 60 that I believe has a blown seal due to a loud *** whine noise it makes at about 3k rpms. But there is no shaft play or oil leakage. I am using an oil restrictor. Any input?
