Identify this flange? Not sure, pls help

Hi folks, I'm new. I've been looking the last few days and I'm not finding what the application is on this inlet flange.

It's 2 bolts, 2 holes, bolts are in a shape like this \ /

From "bolt" center to center, top is about 3.18, right and left side are both about 2.18 and bottom is about 2.52.

I'll try posting some pics here, if it fails i'll keep trying;

The turbo itself is a m24 a/r60 T25, with what i was told were T3 insides, and they do seem to be bigger then another T25 I have, but I'm not sure.

shoot no easy answer huh? I think I may wind up fabing a flange then for this regardless yeah? :8 no bueno!!

Go on Garrett's website and contact them, i had the same problem so i sent them an e-mail and they told me the exact turbo i had, what it came off of and all that.

Kinda looks like a chrysler t3 flange.

also the PN is the one that starts with the 7
