Default IC sizing and options

1.6l SOHC, hf manifold, td05h/14b turbo, 3in DP, 3in exhaust, turboedit tuned.

I was looking around at IC piping and IC sizing and Charge pipe sizing and couldn't seem to find any real consensus about sizing.

Is something like this overkill (even considering the price) http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=774709
for the above setup?

Anyone have any links to math behind figuring out piping size or any real experience that would like to offer information?

Not 20psi... yet I'm more worried about pressure drop due to the IC size, since a larger one will provide more cooling.

Already have 2 sidemounts and am in the process of making them into one fmic . All fmic stuff will be spritzed with black paint and just hidden away anyways... so no comments on how nasty the 2 sidemounts into one will look

I would go with the cca fmic. It's a good size and takes a little to no cutting to fit pending on which car its going on. The one off HT with the 9" height would be overkill and will take alot of hacking to work. With ic piping i would say no more than 2.5 would be fine. I'm personally going to be running 2" to fmic then from the fmic to Tb 2.5".

I don't think jbweld would be the best candidate for something under pressure. I've got a friend welding them together once I cut them to fit.
