Default IC Beading?

Anyone got any good cheap ways to do a bead on your IC pipes.
I heard you can use some exopy. Anyone try this?

Get a roll of masking tape and wrap half the roll around the end of the pipe. Do the same thing about 2 cm back from that one. Fill the gap with jb weld or any epoxy. Let dry overnight. remove the tape in the morning and enjoy your ghetto beaded IC pipe that won't blow couplers off any longer.

scrap up where your putting the bead, before you apply the JB weld, so it has something to "grab".

You could just weld a fatty bead around it

i juss bend the pipes out slightly at the ends with some plyers at 4 diff points...works perfectly

I heard spray paint on the ends work well, the smooth gloss finish is really tacky with teh rubber or silicone, keeps it from sliding off.
