Default I want to boost my Bullitt

I have a 2001 Mustang Bullitt that Ive had for some time now and id like to add a single turbo to the stock engine...still under 100k ..I looked at whitenoise98 and i'd like to have the same setup,so I can retain a stock look and not have to swap out k-members,but my bullit has a different intake kinda off to the passenger side..there's room there, but not much, but other than that I just want to know what hardware I need to make this happen at the most cost effective rate...under $1700 if at all possible

hey man i hate to say it but your gonna have to switch out the k-member if you want to do a kit like mine. The way the stock spring and strut is set up there would be almost no room to run any piping and if you wanted to do a forward facing header set up it can get very pricey really quick. Let me know what your thinking about for which route you wanna take, and any turbo considerations and i can kinda guide you in the right direction.
As for your intake its not a problem at all just need to get an oval to 3in adapter for the throttle body.

As for the rest of the kit heres a run down of components that you'll need to get no matter what, gonna be hard to keep it under that number but here's a kit that has nearly everything already
On 3 Performance Mustang GT 2V 2004 Single Turbo Kit 04 | eBay

Some sort of up-pipe configuration from your headers to the turbo
A turbo flange
Wastegate & Bov
Turbo
Oil feed and drain lines
Front mount Intercooler & pipe kit
Bigger injectors and matching Mass Air Flow sensor, some type of boost-a-pump or new pumps.
Clamps, Couplers, and some v-bands as needed as well.

I just ordered that kit from ebay,so im officially broke for a little while..Im not affraid of a little fab work, but ive had this car since new and never wanted to touch it as far as performance or changing it from original, because ive always had my notch to play with, but im getting bored with my OHV windsor and want to tap into some modular performance for a change, but thanks for the response and info and as far as the kmember its just a hassle I helped a friend with his 03 mach and it wasnt even for a turbo just an aje suspension kit..its not that im lazy I just dont want to see this car apart like that..

I understand where your coming from and glad you got a kit thats gonna make it about as easy as possible for you to do and keep your baby without hacking it up. The modular motors are capable of great things with a little work just like other motors but will admit its more pricey than a 5.0 but hey you got to pay to play right. Most k-members shouldnt be to big of a problem and think my best time on switching out is around 45min easy with air tools/lift and thats making sure i double check everything.Good luck and and ill keep tabs so if you need anything just ask.

I totally understand the pay to play thing it took 3yrs to get my notch just in the 10.50's..,but to be honest it will be at least 2 more months now before I can buy anything else for this project, because this year the house ate up most of my OT pay for the wife..lol..10k on plantation shutters..that was a big wtf for me.,but I appreciate the feedback and i'll keep in touch as soon as I get back on with it.

Sorry to bring up a dead post.
I own a bullitt, I want a twin turbo and I just bought the ones on this link haha.
Quick question: How was the install? and Whats the quality of the turbos? Do they really make the car that much faster? Did it cause any issues? Anything else I should know??

THANKS!!
