What does your oil drain and feed look like.. parts and description.. is the shaft paralell to the ground? it can only tilt a max of 30* I think. How big is the drain and what does it look like? do you have a nice drop into the pan with now points being below the oil level? It sounds like your drain is probably either too small or not correct and the oil is backing up it. Remember it has the consistency of a milk shake when it comes out of the turbo. Is your fitting in the pan above the oil level?

Will is almost vertical.. The line is 5/8 in.. is that too small? and the pan is taped above the oil level

Thats should be big enough. It definitly sounds like a drain problem to me but I'm not sure what.
