Ok so, Im not new to hondas by any means-ive done work on em for years, including swaps..but this is my first turbo setup...JDM B16 in a 89 crx si..So far got the mani and turbo on, all oil lines done..Got to do the exhaust and all the piping today..heres a few pics..

 

looks good man, kind of a tease though, finish up that piping and lets see it

 

yeah i know its a tease..i didnt have a chance to post pics tonight of what got installed and cut up today..hahhaha...got the downpipe modified and installed today with o2 bungs n wideband..got intake side of the piping done, still have to put the full exhaust on and the turbo side piping, plus put my new fuel pump in-didnt realize theres no damn access panel on a 89 crx for the pump..heres what ive got parts wise:

ebay ramhorn style manifold
greddy type s bov
dsm 450cc injectors
ebay downpipe-heavily modified for lack of room in a crx w/b16
pretty silver vacuum line-ebay
kteller 2.5 exhaust piping kit
magnaflow muffler-another ebay special
ebay xs power turbo-common t3/t4 .57 compressor side..cant remember the other specs
Lowe's for oil fittings
ebay for oil feed line with restrictor included.
walboro 255 fuel pump
ebay special boost gauge
38mm wastegate-xspower again...
ebay intercooler and piping-with lowes addons
del sol radiator-if i can get that one in there...
custom chip burned with BRE-good basemap till I tune
I think thats about it, Im probably forgettin something..Ill get more pics up tomorrow sometime...

 

heres a few more..gotta put my fuel pump on, redo my dump tube-hadda take it out for the radiator...oops..do the turbo side piping, and finish the exhaust..gotta love kteller

so whats the total cost of the build so far i wish i could just get my d series turboed just cant get the right parts together i guess

total cost..good question..ive been buying one thing at a time when i could for awhile now...I spent the most on the tuning parts like the wideband...and my kteller exhaust...and the turbo itself..i would say..800 bux alltogether..I ate ebay up for most of the stuff, plus traded friends parts for some of the smaller items..take your time and get one piece at a time, thats what i did. screw buying a "kit". Ive got a few parts that would work well on a d-series..just shoot me a pm.

 

looks good so far are u going to usa a support braket on that manifold

 

man you need to ditch some of those couplers thats ------ a lot of them
