Default i need help bad

i dont know to much about turbos but i want to and i want one. the other day i ran a 16.19 in the 1/4. that blows, i ran it in a 95 civic vtec coupe w/ aem short ram and tenzo rear section and heavyheavy tenzo r 17" wheels. i need horses bad!!! i found somebody sellin a turbo on the internet and its 300 dollars its a t3/t4 turbo? is that any good? here is what the add says:

This is a used turbo from a CRX Si. The engine blew on the CRX and I took it out and upgraded it. The turbo still works fine though! It comes with the header to fit Integra and Civic and a downpipe. The flange can be re welded onto any 4-1 header though, so you can make the turbo fit any car... there is virtually no shaft play and it can adjust from 4-12 pounds (with a different wastegate) lots of power for lots less than buying new!

is this a deal or not? and what else would i need to get to put this on my car and make it run very dependable?
tanx alot

Its probly(should be) a good deal for the price.
I would suggest you look for a cheaper one.I am under the 600 dollar limit with my setup. You can build a bomb *** setup for cheap; you just gotta find some places.
