I NEED HELP

I NEED HELP. I need to knwo how to make a custom exhaust manifold to turbo a 350 or if you knwo where to buy one but i rather make it. the turbo i got is off at 1990 talon tsi.

turbo is a tad small for a 350

I know its a little small but i have high compression and i want to run low boost just to be safe and yeah its a small block chevy
