Ive read all the FAQS and noticed, you know a lot about hondas, but I haev a question for my cavalier, I have the opprotunity to buy a turbo off of a 300ZX and was wondering if it was a good turbo Does anyone know what kind of turbo it is Im buying the turbo for $150 from my friend and hes gonna let me get it and what ever else off that I might need...Any help would be appreciated, I dont know a whole lot about forced induction, but im trying to learn please help

 

Check shaft play, there can be a little side to side, but do not buy it if there is up/down or in/out shaft play.

 

150 seems a bit much . Make sure you jack everything, including the things you don't need
