Default i know its real long but i need to solve this problem

ok . i just finished my turbo install....
This is what i have:
d16z6, hf manifold, str fuel rail, 1 heat range cooler plugs-NGK, 96 gst fuelpump, missing link, fmu, mandrel bent 2 1/4" ic piping to 2g dsm ic, 2g dsm bov, 2g dsm t-25, all oil and coolant lines, and a VAFC for tuning set at 0 now. This is my starter setup i intend to add injectors aftermket BOV, turbo timer and boost controller.

Here i where the problems start. everthing installed great i spent an entire week...painting, fabricating, installing, and double checking everything.for the initial start up it fired right up and idles a little high and afterwarming a bit it idles down to @675rpm- stock idle. no CEL. vaccum is around @20In/Hg- stock. There is some smoke though -light grey. coolant im thinking . i let it warm to normal. a/f is 4 bars rich i know its not accurate but its a good sign. i reve it slowly vaccum eases to 0in/Hg. i rev it to 5000 no boost just 0 in/Hg. but the smoke increases.i rev it again to 7000 frend says fuel psi goes to @55 boost guage barely says 1/2ish? still lots of smoke. We check out the exhaust..open from o2 (no downpipe) and thers lots of oil spraying out. we un hook the oil line from the turbo inlet and plug it and start the car again and no smoke.. still no boost.

*I then remembered thecar has to be under load to get boost. so we take it for a short drive. i ease on the gas first no boost, shift to second and give it a little more gas suddenly 5psi and im right at the stop sign. didnt even check rpm so i hit it again on the next street. man boost is bad ***...i hit 5 psi and shift to third (still hve stock timing) but no boost in 3rd, no boost in 4th, on the way back driving easy i try 2nd again an i get 5 psi and it feels like fue cut right after. i take i back to the driveway and shut it down. i start it upagain with hood open and notice slight smoke and it looks lik coolant mixed with oil dripping.. im thinking blow hg... i take all the turbo off and go back to na to drive to preserve the engine for a short while. but it runs fine no smoke runs to 7500 . the only problem i have now is my water pump is now failing.

I want to know whats up? why the smoke, why no boost n other than 2nd gear, why the 5500 rpm rev limit, and why did i bore u to death with this 3 pae post? lol any help is greatly appreciated.

It's possible the fuel pump your using can't supply enough fuel. What are you using for a clutch? Where did you see the oil/coolant dripping from?

i hope you werent driving the car around with the oil feed disconnected from the turbo.

I would also say its the fuel pump. Get a bosch inline or a walbro.

I didnt have a downpipe connected yet just runnng off the o2 housing on the turbo. and i did drive it without an oil feed about 1/2 mile only boosted twice like that. Otherwise i kept it in low end under 3000. just to see ifthe thi would boost at all.all i got was like 5 psi and a real early fuel cut and that was in 2nd gear. im goin to try to makesure the turbo to plate and plate to manifold ae sealed tight, and i think the return line was pinchd and the inlet line was larger than ineeded too so im gonna reduce its size, turn the turbo to reduce the bend of the return line. and get my timing set to 12'btdc. and see if that helps when i re install it. and as for the fuel pump. its from an eclipse gst its rated at like 190 i believe. a highly respectable tuner told me i could use this for my setup going for 6-7 psi daily. i just hope i havent ruined the turbo already. it still has very little shaft wobble.

why only 2nd gear boost anyway?thanx for u guys help so far and an future replies.
