Default i killed main bearings

Ok after coming home from the raceway wednesday night i noticed my oil pressure was under 25pis and at idol it bearly reads on the guage and when i am driving and gets about 3000rpms i get a low rattle knocking sound but i dont have any blowby out of the valve cover. so what do you guys think oil pump or piston or both? By the way i did change the oil and the filter the oil pressure went up a little but not much. My oil pressure before this happen was 25-75 now 5-50psi.

maybe a bearing ---- the bed...a fucked piston should have no effect on oil pressure at all

What you describes sounds like a nar-nar bottom end noise. Take a quick vid of you slowy reving it up and down from idle.

classic symptoms of a spun bearing early on, Dont plan on driving it far away from home.

sounds like a spun bearing. i had one the other week in my hatch. sounded just like that. good luck swapping motors. at least F series longblocks are cheap.
