that turbo should be ok and spool up by 4000rpm. take a picture of it next to a 12oz soda can so we can see it and compare. i have a turbo from a 3.0L 300zx and full boost is at 4800rpm in 2nd gear w/b16.

ct26 is a great turbo for the 1.6l engines. 240whp on a stock zc at 12psi with totally acceptable lag. so i'd think the smaller ct20 should be fine for the 1.5 single cam.
if the ct20 has the same turbine flange as the ct26 we have a bolt-on adapters for the hf mani. laser cut, nice piece.
