i filled up w/ wrong gas.
 

i know your supossed to run higher octane gas w/ turbo. I am gonna turbo my car on saturday, but i accidently filled up w/ regular yesterda w/ out thinking. is it cool if i run w/ regular for a week?

You don't always have to run higher octane gas. If you are running very little boost, conservative timing ect you can use 87 with no problem.

Your other options are to:
Drain the tank
use octane booster
drive around a lot til it is gone

exactly what he said... dont boost, if you are still n/a for now... go drive your car around alot and waste some gas.
then put premium in it upp the octane

you're spending X amount of money on your turbo setup, and your trippin over a few gallons of gas? it's really not even worth stressing over...just drain it and granny the car up to the gas station when you go for a test drive.

If its a full tank of gas Octane Booster isnt going to do ----, itll be like 87.2 octane. id run it down as much as possible the fill up with race gas :y or at least 92 but dont boost on 87.

I'd say drive ALOT until it's empty and then go fill it up with premium 8)

Or just be really careful and stay out of boost :S

Dude, just drive it. run it low, fill up with premium. run it low. fill it up again with premium. rinse, lather and repeat.

I was waiting for that. Octane booster can raise your points at most .5 Octane. THe stuff really doesn't do ----. It has been tried, tested and trued many times in lab reports. Your better of home brewing you own High Octane Gasoline and not spend your Ricer dollars on Octane booster!!!!

go to your local paint store and buy some Toluene. Pritty expensive, mix it in a 1-1 ratio with your 87 octane, and theres your octane booster.... it adds about 6 points to your octane rating

I dont htink you want 1 gallon of toluene to 1 gallon of 87 mix. what are the units you speak of?

syphoon the gas outta the tank with a hose and go fill up with 93 octane.

Use either toulene (118 octane) or xylene (119 octane) found at home depot if you're really worried about it.
