I beam vs. H beam?

What one is better for a 8-10-16=PSI boost application?

Re:I beam vs. H beam?

from what i've gathered, i beams are more for all motor applications, they're designed to be lighter, not to handle the pressure from turbo, but they would hold those amounts of boost. if the most you plan on running is 16 psi, just get some shot peened b series rods.

I can't think of anything out there that matches the pricing and quality of Eagle Rods. I would just make the $300 investment and never have to worry about rods again. Shot peened B-series rods would also be good option but I wouldn't really put money into stock rods when they're still going to be limited.
