The Z6 is by far one of the best D series motors to boost, if not the best, My favorites are the A6, Y8, ZC both SOHC and DOHC, D15B(VTEC) and Z6, all these are amazing motors and they can all take a beating pretty good.

My suggestion is to get rid of the FMU like you've been told already and get Uberdata or an AFC hack, plus bigger injectors, you dont need 450's I suggest Probe 310 CC injectors or something for the amount of boost you will be running, Also dont get boost happy, remember that you are running on stock internals.
