It looks new and for $1000+, it should be good. I think this is a pointless question. I can't see how knowing if it's good or not will help you. So, I have a few questions for you:

1. What engine are you going to use it on?
2. What are your HP goals?
3. Will the car be a daily driver?

that turbo will make WEEELLLL over 275 horses.

you might wanna sell it and buy a smaller one and makes some cash.

besides what a/r's did you get anyways, because there is a list of different a/r's you can get.

I can see that the A/R for the compressor is .70 and the turbine A/R varies from .63 to .86. I might be wrong, but any combination on those A/R will be too laggy for your engine. A turbo with an A/R of .60/.48 will be a better choice.

When you say the engine has P28 pistons, are you referring to the number listed on top of the stock pistons or are these some forged pistons? If they are stock pistons, most people will tell you that stock piston should not be pressured to make more than about 220-230 whp with a very good tune. There are stories of guys making much more HP on stock pistons but if you want an engine that will last for a long time, I would recommend that you buy some forged pistons and connecting rods.

It would definitly be worth while to find a VTEC head for that motor first. If it's the motor I'm thinking(it's been so long) that head doesn't flow the best, even with a p&p. Even with a VTEC head you are still probably going to have some lag. Highway driving could be fun though!!

ok here it is the engien i am building is stock parts because i am poor but this is what i have a sohzc zc bottom end because the piston to deck heights is .0400 of a inch. the pistons and rods are out of a d16z6 (p2 because of the -10.10cc dish. the headgasket is i am going to have to ask on. the head is a d16y8 head with 32.8cc per cylinder. to my compression will be between 7.9 and 8.8 to 1 and i am already vtec with a p28 ecu all done myself
