How small a restictor "hole" should I use with my GT30?

So I made my own restrictor pill (brass plug fitted into banjo bolt) and drilled it out. Maybe a 1/16" if I remember? But I am still getting oil leakage out of the bottom of the hose where it fits onto the metal oil return hose. It is as if the oil is feeding so fast it cant drain out.

I am clamping the hose today to see if that helps, but the stock turbo didnt do much of a real clamp, just one of those squeezy things.

OK, maybe its not the return....

Watching it closely as it dripped. Well, I happened to look higher (by two inches) and I see another drip. Its the bango bolt fitting dripping directly onto the return hose.... Since the return hose gets all greasy, I assumed it was the return hose.

I will get some new crush washers tommorrow.
