see how the elbow on the left doesnt line up too well. If you woulda cut more from the elbow and less from the T, you woulda lined up better

can you line them up and weld them without oblonging the holes? yes

should you oblong the holes so that they match the ports better and end up with a better manifold overall? yes

Thanks **** for pointing that out. But the elbow was left the way it was, the reason it doesn' line up because that particular eblow is the last sch10 elbow i had laying around, the T's are sch40 so they're a tad thicker.

damn those are some wide beads are you purposly waving the tigtourch back and fourth not trying to be a dick just the welds look way too wide. and i think schedule 40 in stainless is a bit over kill for a log.

ummm, what do you do, just go in a straight line not going in a circle? i've always made little circles, do a circle, dip, do a circle dip, curious what you do that would be different?
