ok do i have to sand and stuff or apply anti rust paint to paint those ugly rusted t25 housing??? ;D ;D ;D

do you have access to a media blaster? works much faster and easier.

Is there any way to stop that from coming back? That just bugs me. I got a new turbo and it rusted up in a couple weeks. :'(

uhm no not really a way to stop it.

unless u send it to get that JET HOT coating stuff. i dont think spray on high heat stuff would hold up there.. mabey it would. try it!

Nah, that high heat paint holds up for a little while, but eventually it just flakes off and turns rusty color again. Chroming or Jet Hot coating would probably hold up pretty good though. I've had some ceramic coated headers on my car for about a year and a half, and there isn't even a spot of rust on them.
