I can make you end tanks, no problem, just give me some dimensions and what kind of core and I will give you a price. Also what size inlet and outlet and what finish you want on the aluminum(satin,polished or painted).

well i have a saab intercooler but its HUGE. so i'm gonn atake off the plastci end tanks and have some mad for it and i would just cut it to teh height before i woudl have the tanks made. only thing is its 1.5 deep so i'm not sure if it will work good or not..... it will work good for haveing room.... let me know

No problem, what I usualy do with intercoolers like this is cut the end tanks off, cut it in half and weld it back together side by side. It winds up twice as thick but half as tall. I can do all the cutting and welding for you for $200.00. Just tell me how you would like the end tanks finished and what size inlet and oulet you want.

Well, I dont know where you are going to get that type of work done for much less, correctly welding thin aluminum is an art form, most welding shops wont even attempt it on a small scale like this, unless you know someone. I can certainly understand being on a budget and not wanting to spend money you dont have. Maybe you should think about selling the SAAB intercooler and getting one that will fit. A good starion front mount IC maybe.
