and make sure you torque it up in steps like 20,40 than 60

Is it 63 ft. lbs. for any engine with the ARP studs? I got a set from someone on H-T unused but with no torque specifications and I've been wondering what am I going to torque them to?

there is a chat on the box that listed all the tork apec ,according to the thickness of the bolt, not engine.

I torqued mine down starting at 25, 45, then finally 65. I searched a lot on this and found many different answers, so I just went with what ARP said. Some people torqued them down more and some people torqued them down less. I also used the supplied ARP lube.

Heh, I don't even have the box to look... They were shipped to me in a plastic bag. the kid was going to use them for a project but ended up selling off all his parts.

If your ARPS (or stock) head bolts have already been torqued down, you are supposed to get a stretch indicator tool for the next time you torque them down. ARP provides the numbers.
