How much exactly U bends do i need?

I was wondering since some of you guys drive a 92-95 Civic. How many U bends/90 degree bends do i need EXACTLY? I was thinking 2 mandrel U bends, and one 90 degree bend.

every setup is different for turbo, manifold, ic etc

i used 4 u and 3 45

damn, that's alot of bends for just a crx.
