It is a Zc with 30 to 40 thousand miles on it and im trying to figure out what is a safe a mount of boost to run on it? and if a T3 turbo off of a ford thunderbird turbo super coupe will be a good match for my motor? so let me know what you guys think thanks.

wouldn't run more than 10 stock...even there it's not lasting too long

You need to provide more info to get any kind of accurate answers. Is it a DOHC ZC or SOHC? What are you planning to use for engine management? Is it going to be intercooled? What do you have for exhaust? etc.. 8-10 lbs is usually a safe bet with good fuel management and an intercooler.

But to give you the most accurate answer.. the safe amount of boost to run is whatever you determine it to be at the dyno using a wb o2.. otherwise, you're just guessing.

there plenty of people who run 10 stock that last pretty long. you just have to tune it right.
