piping kit for b series is about 250. but go to cheap turbo buy the bseries head flange, buy the t3 flange, dp flange.
go to jcwhitney and buy 3 ubends of stainless steal and you can make on.
will it be good and have flow is up to how you design it.
personally i can get you a drag one, new for about 400.

Yes, you can weld your own manifold.
I made mine in a long weekend. Bought 1/2 inch steel plates to use as base against the engine and to mount the turbo.
At a local plumber i bought weldable bends and some steel tubing (believe the diameter was 1.25 inch).
Total price of the manifold was about 50 Euro (50 dollars).
