how hot is the oil coming from the turbo?

im thinking im going to JB Weld the fitting into the oil pan, but the 'Kwik weld' says its only good for 300deg, the regular ---- is like 600deg. you think that the 300 ---- will work?

it may not reach 300°, but, it prolly comes close. i wouldn't chance it

The quik weld is not a good idea at all.
