im doing a battery relocation to the trunk for space, forget about the CAI in there now, another quick ?? should i put the MAS or w/e the air sensor is called after the intercooler? yes i am guessing.

hot side of the turbo will be on the bottom btw...

Those type's of MAS's should be in the intake, they were not designed to handle pressure. And I wouldn't reccomend a Air to Water intercooler if this is your daily, actually I wouldn't reccomend one at all

haha wtf...confused.

no intercooler at all? if i was going to have one, i want it to be up on top of the bay, where the mock-up one is because it would be the easiest to install

hold on, you want to mount the turbo sideways? you CANNOT do that, the shaft will sit on the bearings and eat them away like a lathe. The shaft needs to be somewhat level or it will die.

No I just wouldn't reccomend a Air to Water intercooler on a daily driver, but if this is a track car then it's a different story. If you run the intercooler in the bay, you'll probably run into heat soaking issues unless you have some type of hood scoop to direct the air (i.e. wrx)...

Having a front mount intercooler isn't as hard to install as you think it is. Personally, I have used an Ebay core and universal piping kit a couple times on my eclipses. You should only have to make a few cuts as the kits usually come with a nice assortment of bends..

this is how i think i will do the intercooler, its mounted behind the fake vents, and lol no, turbo not on its side, thats just how the pic was.

That looks good, you shouldn't have any problems especially with the shroud. And it's hidden :)
