Was debating on whether to fork out 200 some dollars or just gettin an uncrushed dsm bov. I saw a 1g bov with 1g tube for only $30

How do these things sound? pretty low pitched swoosh? any links or movies you guys have with someone that has one?

$200 vs $30....... You've answered your own question. Who care how it sounds, take that $170 difference and spend it on a better IC or Turbo.

 

Kinda like one big douche sound, no chirping or whistle at all.

They sound good... I would have got one, but I found a used RFL for $70.

 

I had it. It was great. But since I was gonna weld in a flange for it. I decided to get the RFL. I'm not one bit dissapointed.

 

It's got like this wooosh sound. Nothing crazy or annoying. It's like a girl blowing in your earlobe it sounds so good for so cheap.

 

it sounds damn good at 9psi on my buddies 90 hatch w/t25, but my 12psi/t3t04/rfl pwns it.
