you need to make the wastegate adjustable. thread the rod on the wastgate and put a long nut on one end so you can make the rod longer, or just buy an adjustable wastegate. they are pretty cheap

what side of the compressor housing mounted to? the outer side away from the turbo or the inner side towards the center section? if its on the inside you can shim the wg to lower the boost.

wouldn't that make the turbo take more time to spool up. like if it spooled 5psi at 3k rpm then it will be around 4k rpm depending on how mush longer the rod is?

with a t-25 spool up time shouldnt be an issue find a wg off a volvo there already threaded
