Default How do I know when to stop?

I am getting a car soon, not saying what kind as this has not been done before. I will be using custom made titanium connecting rods made by Crower, and the low compression pistons are in the works. The car I am getting has a 12.0:1 cr. I am using an HKS GT2510 ball bearing turbocharger that is capable of 300hp. How much do I need to lower the compression?

The main question....

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PSI TO STOP BOOSTING IT AT

the connecting rods are for the RX7 huh

but seriously, as long as you have fuel (your injectors arent maxing out) and are not detinating keep the boost coming...
