Can he not use a dremel and some of those reinforced cutting wheels? I used those to cut some off of my hf manifold and it cut through like butter.

 

what did you cut off your HF manifold?

 

I went and bought a 2 1/8" hole saw today, $17, kinda sucks I'm only gonna use it once. Anyone else want to buy it from me to do theirs, I'll sell it cheap whem I'm done with it It would cut the right size hole for a t25 flange.

 

I had to match it so it would fit on the zc, you have to cut the bottom of the flange flat cause theres a little ridge on the zc that won't let it sit flush if you don't cut some off of it.

 

use a drill to make some preholes
then use a saw or a grinder...wtv

easier and more precise this way, make sure to trace with a pencil the hole u wish to create

 

That would take a year!lol..

 

I have the same thing made and I'm planning to use a die grinder when I get the position right.

 

AS for the warpage issue from heat if you use a torch or heat it up a lot, try setting the flange side of it in a pan of water. Worked for me...
