JB weld is ------- hardcore ghetto, I wouldnt be using it on IC/manifold or anything for a turbo. Take your front bumper off and visualize how you are going to route pipes, and mount your intercooler.. each setup is different man.

You are going to have to do some cutting... bending.. banging and such to get an intercooler to fit. especially if its a big one..test fit everything before bolting, glueing, and welding it...

"You gotta visualize, Man!!!" <<<<(in a chong voice)

i'm visualizing, but i'm just wondering since on my spearco ic for my jdm front-end integra..i just simply drill two holes on my bumper support and cut some piece off my bumper. maybe i should make my question more clear. I need to know how to you "mount" your ic from. Since the ic i got (saab) doesn't come with any bracket..should I weld a bracket onto it so i can mount that thing?

Bailing wire, backstrapping material, zip ties, whatever, those would be the cheap ways..

Or visualize how you want it mounted and get someone that can tig aluminum to weld some brackets on for you.

Probably weld the brackets to the frame and just bolt the IC up to it... thats what im doing.. makre sure it doesnt wobble around to much cause it can start to rub on something and in time it will just rub right through it...

Presently mine is hung up with chicken wire and pressed tight against the car by the bumper cover. At least now I made it straight:

Zip ties can support the world, but go with Jeff's idea. Mount the bad boy temporarily and take it somewhere where they can fabricate some brackets and weld them to it.

Jeff-
It's not that bad. The bumber cover presses the IC tight against the frame and the cover also prevents it from falling out.
The charge pipes secure it enough anyway.
