Default how to ajdustinternal wastegate

i have a t28 garret m4 that i think came from 280sx. do you gusy have any idea how do i adjust the wastegate?
i want to open the wastegate valve while i bring my car for EMS tuning. still using stock ecu btw. im going for uberdata

If you mean to build no boost. Pop of the acutator arm and wire the WG flapper open.

show me a 280sx turbo... ive never heard of it... and im a member of NICO, freshalloy, zilvia, KA-t, bikirom forums... probably a (blacktop IIRC) s14 t28 off a sr20det
