i bought a t3t4 from down2turbo it only has 1 nut on the arm to the internal wastegate? also this bitch like caught something in the fins and jammed up yesterday when i took it for a test run, i cleaned it out and its work fine ever since, but its only at 4psi i need to adj that ---- also i shorten the length right?

 

this is a link that on the bottom right it shows you how to build a manual boost controller. it should work good as fast as raising the boost. if you shorten the wastegate arm you're going to get a big boost spike then it'll drop 4psi in boost. a mbc works better.
