Default How to adjust internal WG turbo?

I just baught a garrett T3 with a .42/.48 which i'm assumeing came off of a saab or volvo. I don't know what size spring is in the actuator(does anyone know?). The rod connected to the actuator has a threaded piece that connects to the swing arm. I always thaught you would just thread that rod to adjust the boost by a couple of pounds...would that work? Has anyone done this before??

if one of the threaded sides has left hand threads on is yes. I had one like that on my rhb5 and could ajust it from 0-25 is as high as I took it and there were still some threads left.
