Ok id like some opinions on this please. Would it be possible to take something like a honda/dsm turbo header and cut the flange off, and weld a 2.4 cavalier flange on. No one makes a nice manifold for the 2.4 so this is my only option besides complete custom. Im wondering about clearance as well how hard it would be to have the ports match up. Thanks

 

i think www.exploitedracing.com might make them, u could ask, he makes manifolds, custom flanges, and i think hes made a few for this vehicle, or pm lsdmotorsports on here, mike might have what your looking for or he can make it, but im pretty dam sure brian at exploited might have them in stock....

 

Alright thats a good idea with the gaskets. Exploited..... ive heard only bad things about them. And as far as I now he only makes log style manifold for this engine, im looking for a header design. Id like to stay away from a custom job to keep the cost down. Worst case I use a log style I guess.
