Default honda head gaskets

ok i have a jdm f22b. this is a dohc non-vtec very similar to the h23 but not quite. it is open deck the same as any f-series but i have a port and polish head that i got pretty cheap and want to put it on because i hear it helps a lot with turboed motors. so here my question does anyone know what head gasket i should use because i did some research and people are always talking about pluging holes and i dont see what they are talking about except for a tiny little spot tha is exposed when i put my current head gasket on it.

I'm not 100% sure but with an LS/Vtec don't you match the headgasket to the head you are using along with timing belt and stuff...that might also be true but your best bet is go get the H23 head gasket and compair it to you current gasket and see what the differences are...well HTH
