HomeMadeTurbo installed... ::PICS::
Setup as of now...
Brand new remanufactured T3 60 trim .48/.60
Custom Beau Garrison manifold and 2.5 inch downpipe
Custom coach 2.5 inch IC piping
Tyrus 5 inch tall intercooler
Custom 3 inch SS exhaust
Auto Meter boost gauge
Stealthmode oil line kit
Turbo XS RFL bov (not installed yet, compressor surge! )
Temporary fuel management:
Removed coolant temp sensor
Retarded 4-5 degrees
Running 3-4 psi
The real fuel management (uberdata) and DSM 450cc injectors will be going in next weekend along with the bov and MBC... I am going for around 10 psi on the dyno. I also still need to paint the IC piping and downpipe. The oil return is kinda low and at a slight angle upwards, but I am going to try and fix that. I couldn't really tell if it smoked much because it was dark, but I made it home from Everett (about 150 miles) and it worked fine. Sometimes I would get a CEL sometimes I wouldn't (no missing link). I will have all the little things worked out next weekend. I am going to give her a little tune up this week as well. I will update once everything is completely finished and tuned.
All the welding was done by Beau and Jeff also helped on the install. Thanks again Beau and Jeff.
:::UPDATED:::
At 12psi this car made 230whp/208wtq

:::UPDATED:::
My sexy manifold and turbo installed
The custom downpipe needs some paint
Oil lines... I think I used maybe 2 pieces from the stealthmode oil kit
Beau sizing up one of my charge pipes
Me having a little fun with my IC piping
Beau working on the driver's side charge piping
passenger side IC piping... Jeff Frank style :P
Boost gauge install Jeff Frank style... he didn't want to get dirty
Me looking like I am actually doing something
And finally...
Here are a few updated pictures...
Me at PIR, ran a consistent 13.2 @ 101mph that night at only 9psi (shitty track)
Nice engine bay shot...
It's defintely a sleeper...

Re:HomeMadeTurbo installed... ::PICS::
I was thinking about drilling holes and bolting my manifold up, but I just ended up using some wire. It was held in there pretty good with the charge piping so I am sure it will be fine. I had to hack my bumper a lot to get it fitting right... me and the skil saw are pretty good friends now.
